Mechanical Day Maintenance Engineer : Data Centre

Location: East London
Salary: GBP49,000 per annum + overtime
Working Hours: Monday : Friday (08:00 : 17:00)
Key Responsibilities
*
Perform routine maintenance and reactive repairs across mechanical systems.
*
Maintain accurate site records and ensure full compliance with health and safety logbooks.
*
Manage and maintain plumbing systems and air conditioning units (Chilled Water, ACU, FCU, VRF, etc.).
*
Ensure all water treatment and safety protocols are strictly followed.
Technical Requirements and Qualifications
* NVQ level 3 mechanical engineer or any mechanical discipline
*
Mechanical Expertise: A solid background in mechanical engineering within a commercial or industrial setting.
*
Legionella Training: (Essential) Must have up:to:date L8/Legionella awareness or qualifications.
*
Specialist Systems: Proven experience with plumbing or AC systems (Chilled water or DX).
