Senior Licensed Conveyancer Ilkley Competitive Salary About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Licensed Conveyancer to join our busy and growing property department. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident conveyancer who can manage a full caseload of residential property matters while also supporting junior team members and contributing to the continued development of the department. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a high standard of legal services and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referrers Key Responsibilities Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions Drafting and reviewing contracts and title documentation Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors throughout the transaction process Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures Providing guidance and support to junior staff and conveyancing assistants where required Maintaining high levels of client care and communication Assisting with the continued growth and development of the property department Requirements Qualified Licensed Conveyancer with significant residential conveyancing experience Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process and Land Registry procedures Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong communication and client care skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive salary depending on experience Supportive and collaborative working environment Opportunities for career progression Ongoing training and professional development Pension scheme Generous holiday entitlement CLD Recruitment (Leeds) Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
