Academics Ltd is currently supporting a number of secondary schools across Driffield who require skilled and reliable English Teachers to cover a mixture of daily supply, short-term absence and longer-term teaching assignments.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a range of school settings or secure a longer-term position within a supportive department.
Your Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality English lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Adapt teaching to meet mixed ability classes
* Maintain strong classroom control and positive learning environments
* Follow school policies and curriculum frameworks
* Complete planning and marking where required
We Are Seeking:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Recent experience teaching English in UK secondary schools
* Confident behaviour management skills
* A proactive and professional approach
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
