We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled, experienced, Business Support Administrator to join Broxtowe North Family Hub Network, within Broxtowe District. Our work with children 0 - 5 years, and their families remains part of our core offer, but we are expanding our service offer to 0 - 19 years. Family Hubs aim to make it easier to get information, advice and support and you will work within our multi-disciplinary teams to support the delivery of early help and preventative services to families within the local area.

* Demonstrate a flexible approach to changing work demands
* Possess problem-solving skills
* Demonstrate good communication skills
* Work well as part of a team
* Have the ability to lead a team, and offer guidance

You will need to be experienced in using a range of IT software including MS Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint; training will be given on specialist systems that are used within the service. The role will require accurate data inputting and numeracy skills.

You will be aware of the importance of maintaining confidentiality and acting within the General Data Protection Regulations.

Please note that this is an office-based role due to the need of welcoming children, young people, and their families into the building.

You will be short listed solely on the information supplied in your application form, measured against the person specification. The information in support of your application section is very important, as it gives you the opportunity to detail why you are the best person for the job and why you are applying. Use the job description and person specification as a guide and focus on how your skills, knowledge and experience meet the job requirements, giving specific examples.

For further information, please contact Kate Nolan at kate.nolan@nottscc.gov.uk. Please do not contact if you are an external agency as NCC have their own provider.
