Overview
Family Hub Networks aim to offer joined-up, local services, providing the right support at the right time for children and young people. We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled, experienced, Business Support Administrator to join Broxtowe North Family Hub Network, within Broxtowe District. Our work with children 0 - 5 years, and their families remains part of our core offer, but we are expanding our service offer to 0 - 19 years. Family Hubs aim to make it easier to get information, advice and support and you will work within our multi-disciplinary teams to support the delivery of early help and preventative services to families within the local area.

You will need to be experienced in using a range of IT software including MS Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint; training will be given on specialist systems that are used within the service. The role will require accurate data inputting and numeracy skills.
You will be aware of the importance of maintaining confidentiality and acting within the General Data Protection Regulations.
Please note that this is an office-based role due to the need of welcoming children, young people, and their families into the building.
You will need to hold a driving licence and access to your own vehicle (a taxi service will be provided where disability precludes this); as there may be a need to travel between sites.
