Job Responsibilities
* Collaborate with management to achieve strategic goals related to people management.
* Lead initiatives in workforce planning, talent management, and career development.
* Advise on organisational restructuring and manage redundancy processes.
* Support managers on transformation and employment law issues.
Person Specifications
Must Have
* Graduate CIPD qualification or actively pursuing CIPD level 7.
* Willingness to work in a hybrid role, with two days in the office weekly.
Nice to Have
* Experience in consulting with trade unions and managing employee relations.
