We are looking to appoint a talented Research Manager to develop and deliver a portfolio of research projects for public services and third sector clients within our Insights Team. Projects may range from social housing or private rented sector consultation to local authority consultation, health and wellbeing surveys, employee surveys, visitor surveys and many more.
Our Insights team combines both Quantitative and qualitative techniques often within the same projects, so we are looking for an individual who has experience in delivering both approaches. You will be used to working in a fast-paced environment and managing a number of projects at the same time. Although not essential, we would be particularly interested in hearing from individuals who have experience in the arts, culture and heritage sector, who have a track record in measuring/evaluating audience participation and experiences, or customer experience tracking and insights programs.
Hybrid working, with the majority of your week working from home, or fully remote, with a good reward package, and development opportunities will be available for the successful candidate.
