Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer – Full-Service Law Firm | South East London
Our client, a well-established full-service law firm based in South East London, is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer to join their dynamic and supportive team.
In this role, you will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions, including both sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties. This role is 10% office based.
Key Responsibilities:
* Independently manage a high-volume caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
* Handle transactions involving freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
* Experience with new build transactions and shared ownership schemes is highly desirable.
* Utilise case management systems and the Land Registry Portal effectively.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven experience in residential conveyancing with the ability to manage files from instruction to completion.
* Strong IT skills and familiarity with legal case management systems.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
* A collaborative and proactive approach to supporting junior team members.

Working Hours & Benefits:
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
