Overview

Would you like the opportunity to help improve the health and wellbeing of our Surrey residents?

Do you want to be part of a successful, dedicated team of clinical and non-clinical professionals who deliver a high-quality service and always put the service user first? We have achieved the Trust Care Excellence Award in recognition of our high quality service delivery.

i-access is a Surrey-wide Drug and Alcohol service that aims to tackle substance misuse and dependency by offering help and hope to those that seek treatment and recovery. We operate from 3 main bases and 25 satellite clinic locations throughout Surrey.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in a part-time role, 22.5 hours a week as a Band 6 Group Facilitator / Substance Misuse Nurse or Substance Misuse Specialist depending on qualifications.

The successful candidate will spend time in our main bases across Surrey in Chertsey (NW), Guildford (SW) and Reigate / Epsom (East) delivering groups and workshops, both in person and on line.

Responsibilities

* Providing clinical interventions including OST prescription management, alcohol interventions, BBV testing and vaccination for those parents who have complex needs including pregnancy, mental and physical health issues who have substance misuse dependency.
* Offering high quality evidence based interventions in line with treatment pathways.
* Note that a car driver/owner is essential for the role.

Working arrangements

As a flexible working and friendly organisation, we want to ensure that you can work in a way that is best for us, our patients, and for you. Speak to us about how we might be able to accommodate a flexible working arrangement whether that's job share, part time or any other flexible working patterns.
