Change Readiness

* Be the constant voice of the colleague throughout the change lifecycle
* Understand the full impact of change across business areas
* Identify stakeholders, assess readiness, and drive engagement
* Anticipate resistance and develop strategies to manage it
* Align training, comms, and engagement with project plans
* Help business areas prepare for new ways of working
* Provide regular updates and insights from the colleague perspective


Landing Change

* Build strong relationships and understand business pain points
* Plan change around business-as-usual activities to minimise disruption
* Align multiple changes to maximise adoption
* Use and build change networks to support delivery
* Coach leaders and managers to lead change effectively
* Support all levels through transition and embed new ways of working
* Monitor progress using KPIs


Sustaining Change

* Consider sustainability from the start of change initiatives
* Ensure changes are embedded into business-as-usual
* Create plans for sustaining and maximising benefits
* Manage transitions while maintaining business stability
* Conduct post-implementation reviews and share lessons learned
* Recommend improvements to change management processes

Qualifications

* This opportunity is ideal for someone with proven experience delivering tech-enabled transformation within a retail setting, and who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
* You'll be the constant voice of the colleague experience—ensuring change is not only adopted but sustained across a diverse workforce of 18,000 colleagues, from large-scale rollouts to targeted, small-group initiatives.
* Managing 2-3 projects simultaneously, you'll orchestrate readiness across business areas, landing change in the right way, at the right time.
* Empathy is key, as you'll work closely with stakeholders at all levels to understand the impact of change on ways of working, translating business requirements and risks into actionable delivery plans.
* A recognised Change Management qualification (e.g. Prosci, CMI) is desirable along with strong stakeholder management skills and a deep understanding of retail business change.
* You're joining an established team of passionate people who care deeply about delivering change that works—for the business and for our colleagues.
* You're a confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, and you know how to actively listen and adapt your message to suit different audiences.
* You build strong relationships with ease and can influence others to move toward a shared goal.

* With a strong sense of empathy and resilience, you bring a collaborative mindset and a problem-solving approach to everything you do.
* You understand the bigger picture, have a sharp eye for detail, and are confident coaching and mentoring others through change.
* Most importantly, you're passionate about creating positive experiences for colleagues and helping them navigate change with confidence.
