What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience at Staff, Principal, or equivalent senior level in Design.
* Expert in UX, UI and/ or UX Research
* Background in product-led organisations
* Strong understanding of UX and UI principles, with the ability to bridge research and design.
* Exceptional communication and storytelling skills – able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Strategic mindset, but comfortable staying hands-on with research where needed.
