Were currently recruiting for a Production Manager to join our Manufacturing team. In this role, you will coordinate the safe day to day operations and administrations of a manufacturing area to meet quality, customer demand and cost targets and to deputise for the Head of Manufacturing as required, playing a key part in advancing our mission and making a real difference. Your responsibilities in this role would be: Taking accountability for the successful operation of designated manufacturing areas, including adherence to schedule and quality output. Ensuring designated areas compliance with Quality, Safety and Environmental systems and procedures. Creating a positive team dynamic and enable team strong performance and development. Implementing agreed manufacturing Key Performance Indicators. Developing external client relationships within Pharma/Biotech industry. Co-ordinating projects and customer needs for manufacturing. Deputising for the Head of Manufacturing during absences. Taking accountability for bringing together all support functions in order to keep the area moving forward. Perform as the Subject Matter Expert for GMP audits. We are looking for: Degree in a science related subject and/or experience of working to GMP standard. Strong knowledge of GMP manufacturing and pharmaceutical quality systems. Competent at using data to drive decision making and evaluating safety and quality risk. Previous facility and people management experience.
