Job Summary:
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and growing our most important client relationships. You’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding service, driving revenue, and managing the commercial success of each account.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Take full ownership of service performance, KPIs, and SLAs across key accounts.
2. Manage the P&L for each account, optimising margins and customer profitability.
3. Ensure client satisfaction across products, services, and touchpoints.
4. Develop and execute strategic account plans, identifying growth opportunities, pricing strategies, and project pipelines.
