The Role: Flexible, office-based position with adjustable core hours Work directly with the Head of Department while building your own caseload and client base Supervise an administrative assistant, developing leadership skills Focus on client-facing work with clear career progression opportunities Key Responsibilities: Draft and prepare Wills, Grant of Probate applications and Powers of Attorney Manage client communications, ensuring high standards of service Undertake fee-earning work under supervision and maintain confidentiality Manage your own caseload, diary and administrative duties About You: Experience in Wills, Probate or Private Client law is essential Ability to deliver top-tier client service and produce accurate legal documents LEXCEL compliance and commitment to further qualifications such as STEP is desirable What’s on Offer?
