What the Job Involves As a Social Worker in the All Age Disability Service at Worcestershire Children First, you will partner with children, young people, young adults, and their families to address their social, emotional, and environmental needs. Your primary responsibilities include safeguarding and promoting their welfare, assessing risks and needs, coordinating services, and ensuring well-being and safety. You will perform assessments, maintain accurate records, participate in supervision, and engage in training and development to support vulnerable children and young adults in reaching their potential.
