Job Description Role may be Hybrid or Remote, subject to location.
We are seeking a Product Proposition Analyst to work closely with the Product Management team to research and support the development of business cases for new developments, analysing the competitive landscape, opportunities, costs, and pricing strategy.
This role can be hybrid from any of our offices within the UK (50% in Office). However, for the initial training period, there will be an expectation of attendance at our Bracknell office to allow the individual to work and learn from the wider team.
This individual will support Management teams in Revenues & Benefits and Central Government to define and implement the go-to-market strategy for products. Activities include product and competitor research, business case development, price modelling, developing USPs and market messaging, supporting development of product launch plans and collateral, supporting internal and external launch activities, customer engagement, ongoing sales support, reference site development, and support.
Responsibilities include: Collaborate with the Product Management and Marketing teams to develop product USPs and messaging.
Support internal product launch activities, including collateral production and maintenance.
Conduct research on competitors, market sizing, trends, and policy changes.
Assist in developing external product launch plans for lead generation.
Develop content for marketing campaigns and support sales activities.
Support the production of release bulletins, briefings, and bid responses.
Assist the Sales team with queries and proposals.
Manage NEC product roadmaps, product catalog, and customer portal content.
Analyze customer and sales data to support business planning.
Qualifications and Experience: Excellent interpersonal and management skills.
Experience in product analysis within local and/or central government.
Background in IT sector, with ability to translate technical jargon.
Qualifications in Business, Communications, IT, or similar.
Understanding of the Public Sector and software development lifecycle.
Experience in product marketing, launch management, and market research.
UK Driving License and eligibility for security clearance.
