Overview
We are currently partnering with a fast-growing, PE-backed, acquisitive organisation to appoint an Interim Credit Manager for an initial 6-month contract. This is a nationally based, remote role with occasional travel; therefore, candidates must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
This is a hands-on, transformation-focused role, ideal for an experienced interim who enjoys building structure, improving cash flow, and mentoring teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, manage, and mentor a credit control team (currently 2 direct reports), with a focus on capability building and future scalability
2. Drive reduction of company debt
3. Prioritise and manage complex, high-value, and high-volume debtor accounts
4. Handle and resolve complex customer queries and escalations
5. Review, design, and implement credit control processes to support business growth and acquisitions
