Description
Finance Business Partner duties:
* Act as trusted partner to the Commercial teams, supporting decision-making through financial insight and advice, and collaborating to align financial strategy with commercial goals.
* Analyse performance metrics and KPIs, identify variances, and recommend course corrections or growth opportunities.
* Engage in pricing, margin and cost-optimisation projects to align with the organisation's revenue targets.
* Prepare regular management reporting and presentations to commercial leadership.
FP&A duties:
* Prepare and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and scenario models throughout the year.
* Conduct variance analysis versus budget and forecast-highlighting trends and Insights
* Build and improve financial models that support planning and strategic decision making.
* Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation and reporting.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
* A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
* Proven experience in financial modelling, reporting, forecasting, and business partnering.
* Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within a commercial environment.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
* Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with senior stakeholders.
* Experience within manufacturing or a product driven environment is desirable.
* A proactive mindset with a focus on driving business performance.
