The organisation is a major player across the UK and Ireland in timber processing and engineered wood products, supplying critical materials to the construction and housing sectors while also investing heavily in renewable energy and green technologies.
This position would suit somebody from a manufacturing/industrial/agricultural engineering background looking for a shift-based position with plenty of overtime earning potential.
The Role
1. Respond to plant breakdowns to minimise downtime and maximise production output
2. Diagnose faults, repair, and overhaul mechanical plant and equipment
3. 3-shift (6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, 10pm - 6am)
The Person
4. Mechanical Engineer from a plant/manufacturing/agricultural/industrial background
5. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
