Customer Care Executive

Job Details:
Pay: £25,000 per annum
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm
Duration: Permanent

Job Role:
As a
Customer Care Executive, you'll thrive in a fast-paced customer-focused environment, using your excellent communication skills to handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails. You'll resolve customer queries effectively and professionally, ensuring every customer receives a positive experience to encourage repeat bookings. You'll also manage documentation, booking queries, flight amendments, and crisis support where needed.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
Travel industry experience
Customer service experience in a fast-paced office
GCSE English and Maths: Grade 4 or above (or equivalent)
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
GDS experience with Galileo
Experience in conflict resolution
Excellent telephone manner
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel)
Excellent numeracy and literacy
Able to manage a diverse range of duties
