An established building and refurbishment contractor that specializes in high-end residential projects in London is seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Based Project manager to join their team.
The Project manager will be site based and will work alongside a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments in London. You’ll only have the one project to work on and won’t be split over 2/3. The company has a strong pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and development prospects.

Specialising entirely in prime residential refurbishments they have recently experienced an influx of new projects.
They have a turnover or around £25 million the company is of medium size and has a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional standard of work with their team having an impressive tenure.
You’ll also benefit from upwards progression as the company is keen on internal progression.
The Project Manager Role
The successful Project Manager will be based on site near Kensington on a 24 month programme – you will be managing a £7 million refurbishment + a basement dig and fit out, you’ll have a foreman on site with you an receive support from visiting contracts managers.
The project has some complex structural elements and some fine finishes to it,

High end residential experience £3 Million + budgets
Programming experience – MS projects
Competent managing multiple projects simultaneously
Experiences in fine finishes
Excellent organisational & team management skills
