Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home Location: Walsall Salary: £55,000 per annum performance-related bonus Claire at Amber Mace is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and ambitious children's care provider who is seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Manager to take the lead at a new or existing children’s residential home in Walsall. About the Role: As the Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance with Ofsted regulations. You will lead and inspire your team to deliver consistent, nurturing support to children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs, ensuring that their welfare and development are always the top priority.
