Job Description
* Oversee HR operations, ensuring efficient and compliant processes
* Lead recruitment activities, from job posting to candidate selection
* Coordinate staff training and development initiatives
* Manage HR policies and procedures in line with regulations
* Handle employee relations issues, providing solutions in a timely manner
* Support the performance management process
* Monitor HR metrics, such as retention and turnover rates
* Collaborate with HR team and other departments to align with the institution's goals
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Ops & Recruitment Manager should have:
* A degree in Human Resources or related field
* Proven experience in HR operations and recruitment
* Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills
* A solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment software
