We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Director for our Offshore sector. You'll play a crucial role in building and converting a pipeline of opportunities, working closely with the Offshore Team.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role or operational experience within the Offshore sector, with a passion for sales and new business acquisition. This role is remote/home-based with regular UK and international travel.

A day in the life of a Business Development Director:
* Develop and convert the pipeline into live opportunities through tenders or proposals
* Support retention of existing business
* Manage the full sales process from opportunity creation to contract signing, including proposals, financial sign-off, and negotiations
* Liaise with subject matter experts and support teams to ensure up-to-date and relevant information
* Coordinate with Operations and support functions to align proposed solutions
* Maintain and update Salesforce CRM
* Develop and enhance prospect pipelines through engagement and networking
* Identify and build relationships with key prospects and decision-makers
* Prioritize key accounts and strategize on their conversion
* Review tender invitations for strategic fit
* Foster effective teamwork and sharing of best practices

* Knowledge of financial models and catering P&Ls

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems like Salesforce
