We are seeking a skilled and driven Aluminium Estimator to join our team and take the lead in pricing commercial and residential aluminium fenestration projects. This is a site-based role requiring a strong technical background, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately price aluminium windows, doors, curtain walling, and other fenestration systems.
* Interpret and extract information from architectural and technical drawings with confidence.
* Use Logikal estimating software to produce detailed and competitive quotations.
* Liaise closely with architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely proposals.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
* Proactively identify and onboard potential clients through a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in aluminium fenestration estimating.
* Confidence in reading and understanding detailed construction drawings.
* Proficiency with Logikal or similar industry estimating software.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills – confident in communicating with customers at all levels.
* A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
