Our client, a leading player in the aerospace and defence sector, is seeking an experienced
Commercial & Contracts Manager to join their high-performing team within a major Air division programme. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge international projects that shape global security and aviation excellence.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with international stakeholders and suppliers.
* Draft, review, and manage complex contracts and commercial agreements.
* Provide strategic input on risk management, pricing strategies, and commercial governance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and deliverables.
* Represent the commercial team in both UK-based and overseas engagements.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a commercial/contracts role within aerospace, defence, or similarly regulated industries.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to operate confidently in a matrixed, multinational environment.
* A commercially astute individual with a solid understanding of contract law and procurement best practices.
* Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
