About the Role
HSDC is looking for a highly organised and proactive Adult Learning Administrator to join our Adult Learning team. This pivotal role supports the smooth running of our adult education provision, with a particular focus on online learning, enrolments, and data management.
You will work closely with internal teams including Exams, MIS, and Quality Assurance, as well as external partners to ensure learners are enrolled, tracked, and supported effectively throughout their learning journey.

Responsibilities
* Manage absence reporting and learner tracking across adult learning programmes.
* Support general enrolments and manage the adult learning inbox alongside the wider admin team.
* Liaise with the Exams team to report on outstanding achievement and ensure timely certification.
* Work with MIS to ensure rollover enrolments and learner destinations are accurately captured.Enrol and monitor online learners, including chasing registrations and managing the claiming process.
* Create and maintain funding and progress trackers using Office 365 applications.
Requirements
* Strong administrative background, ideally within education or training.
* Excellent working knowledge of Office 365 and Google applications.
* Experience with learner management systems and data tracking tools.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a busy environment.Strong communication skills and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and compliance.
* Experience in supporting online learning platforms and digital enrolment processes.
* Understanding of funding and achievement tracking in adult education (desirable).
* A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
