Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Accounts Assistant to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable for the company, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contribute to the overall financial health and growth of the business. Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with clear insight into performance and KPIs. Carry out accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management functions. Maintain financial controls and processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., UK GAAP, FRS).. Responsible for the timely response and resolution to all finance related client and insurer queries. Responsible for recording all bank payments and making insurer payments. Responsible for bank reconciliations and identifying and resolving any variances. Qualifications & Experience:. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
