We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Analyst to join our successful Helpdesk team in Felixstowe.
In this role, you'll:
* Be a key point of contact for customer enquiries
* Maintain and verify customer account data
* Analyse messaging errors and improve data quality on Destin8
* Recommend system improvements and undertake User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
* Deliver customer training and support team learning
About You
You're a confident communicator, team player, and a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Shipping industry experience is a bonus, but not essential — we provide full training.
