You'll be working alongside a friendly and dynamic team of family law specialists, supporting on a range of both Public and Private Law matters that make a real difference to clients' lives.If you're looking to develop your legal career in a forward-thinking environment where no two days are the same, this is the perfect role for you.What you'll be doing:
* Supporting experienced Family Law Solicitors with varied and interesting caseloads
* Meeting with clients, offering them reassurance and guidance through sensitive family matters
* Drafting important legal documents including Part 25 and C2 applications
* Managing case files and ensuring compliance with court directions and deadlines
* Handling a mix of public law (care proceedings) and private law (child arrangements, domestic abuse) cases
