In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping a trusted and supportive working environment, aligning organisational strategy with colleague needs, and continuously improving people practices across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Champion an inclusive working environment, coaching managers to foster spaces where colleagues can thrive.
2. Lead on employee relations casework including conflict resolution, investigations, disciplinary hearings, absence and performance management, and organisational change.
3. Ensure all ER processes are compliant with employment legislation and company values, minimising risk and protecting reputation.
4. Provide commercially sound, coaching-based advice to managers and the wider People team.
5. Deliver engaging training sessions on ER topics to build capability across the business.
6. Identify and escalate ER risks and trends, and take ownership of agreed actions.
7. Support escalated casework including early conciliation, ET3 forms, and Employment Tribunal bundles.
