Role Title: Business Process Analyst Duration: contract to run until 28/11/2025 Location: Barnsley, Hybrid 3 days per week onsite Rate: up to £400.20 p/d Umbrella inside IR35 Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven HAM Business Process Analyst to support our Hardware Asset Management operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis, with specific experience in IT asset lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and document current HAM processes across procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal. Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements. Collaborate with IT, procurement, and finance teams to streamline workflows. Support the implementation of HAM tools and systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Flexera). Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Prepare reports and dashboards to track asset performance and utilization. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst, ideally within HAM or IT Asset Management. Strong understanding of ITIL and asset lifecycle management. Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
