We are now recruiting for Customer Support Advisors to join our Air Operations Team at Lancaster House in Leyland.
In this role you’ll be responsible for advising customers of any involuntary changes to their travel arrangements. This could be flight schedule changes or cancellations or changes to ticket issue deadlines.
You’ll work in a customer-focussed manner to minimise disruption and inconvenience to the customer, ensuring that any other travel arrangements affected by the change are updated accordingly. This could be amending hotel reservations, transfer arrangements, car hire bookings, cruises, tours and sightseeing trips.
Hours: 37.5hours per week 5 days over 7, between 9am and 9pm

Desirable
11. Experience with GDS /travel systems
12. Previous travel industry or contact centre experience
