Its Corporate & Commercial team works closely with colleagues in Dispute Resolution, creating a collaborative and commercially focused environment where paralegals gain genuine exposure to high-quality legal work and long-term development is actively encouraged. The role Providing essential legal and administrative support to the Corporate & Commercial team, with exposure to contentious matters where required Opening new matters, including file creation and completion of client due diligence and onboarding checks Drafting and producing correspondence and legal documentation Liaising with clients, third parties and organisations by telephone and email, dealing with routine enquiries professionally Coordinating diaries, arranging and attending meetings, preparing agendas and accurately recording minutes Maintaining client matter files to ensure they are accurate, compliant and up to date Managing key dates and reminder systems Assisting with file closing and archiving Attending and participating in team meetings Supporting day-to-day office administration, including scanning, filing, post handling, answering external calls and greeting clients Could this be the role that gives you hands-on exposure to corporate and commercial work while allowing you to build strong foundations for a long-term legal career?
