This is an exciting opportunity to support major contracts and deliver critical roles across airport operations and support services What's on offer: Hours: 08:30 am-17:00 pm Days: Monday – Friday (Office based) Location: Didsbury, Manchester Salary: £35,000 per annum 28 days holiday entitlement Role Overview: As the sole operator of the Northern branch, you will be responsible for managing and growing the branch independently — combining business development, client management, and full-cycle recruitment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, takes initiative, and is ready to build a successful branch from the ground up while delivering directly to critical client contracts within airport operations. Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership of the Northern branch, including strategy, performance, and client delivery. Personally manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both volume and specialist roles within aviation and airport services. Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients and stakeholders. Develop new business opportunities through networking, relationship-building, and market insight. Attend client meetings, briefings, and site visits to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Ensure compliance with recruitment regulations and vetting standards. Monitor performance metrics and reporting, identifying opportunities to optimise delivery and outcomes. Work closely with Optime's senior leadership to align regional activity with national objectives. About You: Proven experience in a recruitment role, ideally within aviation, logistics, or high-compliance sectors. Strong client engagement and account management skills. Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with the ability to operate independently. Experience in successfully filling high-volume or specialist placements. Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Commercially astute, with a drive to grow revenue and expand services in the region. Knowledge of compliance and vetting processes in regulated environments. Full UK driving licence (preferred, due to travel to client sites). Why Join Optime?
