Overview
As a Training Coordinator you will provide essential administrative support to the Training Department, ensuring the smooth coordination and delivery of training programmes for both internal teams and external customers.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops and programmes.
* Provide administrative support to the Training team, including managing bookings, materials and communications.
* Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure a seamless training experience.
* Support the preparation of training materials, reports and presentations.
* Provide ad‑hoc administrative cover for Operations during periods of annual leave or sickness.
* Ensure all systems and trackers are kept up to date.
Qualifications
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and confident written and verbal communication.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* Proactive approach and willingness to support wider team activities.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Previous administrative experience, ideally within a training environment, is desirable but not essential.
