Agincare is looking for an experienced care professional to join as a Field Care Supervisor at 31 Peppercorn Way, Ipswich, IP2 8RT. You will work 40 hours per week (including weekends) and oversee the day‑to‑day support, guidance and information for allocated clients and staff.

Responsibilities
You will be the main point of contact for day‑to‑day support, guidance and information to allocated clients and staff. Your duties include monitoring and checking the health and well‑being of clients and staff through face‑to‑face visits, telephone calls and care record reviews. You will undertake assessments and re‑assessments of care needs, manage risks to ensure care plans are person‑centred and safeguard clients against abuse. You will ensure staff receive appropriate training and support, conduct regular supervisions and reviews with team members, promote personal development, and may have on‑call responsibilities and weekend duties.
Qualifications
* Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* Demonstrable experience in the social care sector at a supervisory level
* Well‑organised and self‑motivated
* Available for 40 hours per week, including weekends
