The Role As Pre-Construction Director, you will lead and manage the entire pre-construction function, ensuring successful project acquisition, client engagement, and bid delivery. This is a strategic leadership role requiring a commercially astute individual who excels at building relationships and securing high-value opportunities. You will be the key link between clients, commercial teams, and operational delivery, ensuring that projects are set up for success from the outset.
