The Role
As a Class 2 HIAB Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of building materials using a HIAB crane. This role involves working with a professional team and representing the business while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Driving a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle
Operating a HIAB crane to load and unload building materials
Delivering goods to construction sites, businesses, and residential addresses
Carrying out daily vehicle checks and ensuring safe operation at all times
Providing friendly and professional customer service on delivery
Requirements
Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
ALLMI HIAB ticket (essential)
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar HIAB driving role
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Strong knowledge of safe loading and unloading practices
Good communication and customer service skills
Pay & Benefits
£17.18 per hour (Monday-Friday)
£25.77 per hour (Saturdays)
£34.36 per hour (Sundays)
Full-time, ongoing work
