About the Role
We’re looking for a Field Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the London region, driving revenue growth and improving profitability for our Bracknell depot and surrounding locations.
This is a key role where you’ll be the face of SLD Pumps & Power to both new and existing customers—building lasting relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and helping us grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Building strong, value-driven relationships with existing clients
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities
* Collaborating with depot teams and internal service centres
* Continuously developing knowledge of our products and applications
* Using our CRM and sales systems to stay ahead of customer needs
* Ensuring profitability on all orders through smart commercial management
* Promoting the SLD Pumps & Power brand and related services across the region
* Reporting on activity, sales progress, and customer engagement
* Supporting timely payment collection for services rendered
What We’re Looking For
* Proven field sales experience—ideally in construction or plant hire
* Familiarity with power solutions (generators, solar, battery storage) is a plus
* Valid UK driving licence
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset
