The Role:
You will handle a diverse, high-quality caseload of Wills, Trusts, Estate Administration and Tax Planning matters, while contributing to the department's strategic development and mentoring Junior Solicitors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting complex Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Advising on Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning and succession structures
* Administering trusts and estates, including complex and cross-border matters
* Advising on Court of Protection applications
* Overseeing trust and estate accounting and compliance
* Building strong client relationships and supporting business development initiatives
About You:
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 8+ years' PQE in Private Client Law
* Proven experience handling complex, high-value estate and trust work
* Strong leadership and client relationship skills
* STEP qualification desirable but not essential
* Ambitious, commercially aware and keen to play a strategic role in the firm's growth
