Here at GXO, we’re looking for a Benefits Administration Partner on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract to join our Payroll Services team. The role supports the full employee lifecycle from a benefits perspective and works closely with payroll colleagues, management partners and senior stakeholders. You’ll need to be organised, confident working under pressure and comfortable handling detailed data across multiple systems.

Salary up to £26,000 depending on experience, 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) and a company‑sponsored pension scheme.
What you’ll do on a typical day
* Processing employee benefit applications and amendments accurately and on time, including pensions, BUPA and Cycle to Work
* Updating and maintaining colleague data within Oracle, always ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Managing workload through the Halo ticketing system, responding to queries in line with payroll cut‑off dates
* Running and completing daily reports for leavers, grade changes, benefits and pension activity
* Liaising with internal stakeholders and third‑party providers to resolve queries and ensure systems remain aligned
What you need to succeed at GXO
* Previous experience in a payroll or payroll‑related environment, with a good understanding of payroll processing periods and cut‑off dates
* Strong attention to detail and confidence handling manual data input and validations
* Experience using ticketing systems (Halo or similar) and working across multiple systems
* Ability to prioritise workloads during peak periods and remain calm under pressure
* A customer‑focused mindset, strong communication skills and a collaborative team‑player attitude
