We have an exciting opportunity for a Data and Assurance Administrator to join our Shared Services team. As Data and Assurance Administrator, you will be accountable for providing administrative support to the Society’s Shared Services teams. You will assist managers within the Shared Services team in delivering services to the business and supporting/producing upwards reporting by collating required data and coordinating report production. To meet, exceed and continuously improve standards and quality of customer service, both internal and external Provide the team managers with accurate, appropriate, and relevant management information to enable them to fulfil their responsibilities effectively and efficiently Assist Supplier Managers in the planning, monitoring, and reporting of activities to ensure delivery timescales are met Assist the team managers in the preparation of papers for meetings and to monitor and update actions arising from these meetings Assist with administering the Supplier Management tool “Brooklyn” Understand and be aware of the risk and control environment in your area of the business and adhere to processes and procedures in order to minimise risk Support the team managers with the management of risks and controls and risk events Act, at all times, in a manner which is consistent with the Society’s culture of treating customers fairly Continually improve and review your skills to ensure internal and external customers are subjected to an excellent standard of customer service Consistently work in an efficient and highly productive manner, seeking to challenge and improve processes undertaken by you and within your team, to ensure a high level of productivity About You You will have the following key qualifiers: An understanding of CBS operational areas The ability to communicate with people at all levels - build and sustain relationships with the business and stakeholders, as well as working ‘on the ground’ with people across all areas The ability to work to deadlines Adept at progressing tasks, both as part of a team and on your own initiative Competent in using Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent attention to detail Planning & Supply Chain knowledge would be beneficial but not essential And the following key competencies: Operational Excellence: Understand how strong operational delivery supports the vision and strategic plan of CBS and can support the individual teams in implementing new and improved processes Risk Aware: Understand the risk environment and support the approach to risk management throughout Shared Services Building relationships: Continually uses the combined and cooperative efforts of others while developing credibility with all stakeholders in tasks owned Where you will work Our aim is to keep the great balance we have achieved with hybrid working.
