As part of our friendly, multidisciplinary team, you’ll not only empower others but also receive the support you need to thrive in your role. Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP) or Pharmacist Prescriber, you will: Conduct opiate substitute treatment (OST) interventions and manage benzodiazepine reductions. Administer detoxification medications for alcohol and opiates. Provide health care assessments and support clients through detoxification processes. Conduct Blood Borne Virus (BBV) screenings and vaccinations. Collaborate closely with mental health, physical health, and social care services. Participate in local prescriber meetings and receive one-on-one clinical supervision. Contribute to shaping service delivery and ensuring clinical excellence. What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will: Be registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council or be a qualified Pharmacist with independent prescriber status. Have confidence in managing opiate prescriptions and alcohol detoxifications. Be an excellent communicator, highly organized, and capable of developing creative, flexible support packages tailored to individual needs.
