We are looking for positive, enthusiastic, and dedicated people with a strong customer focus to help maintain high cleaning & housekeeping standards across our accommodation. This Summer Domestic Team Supervisor role will support the Team Leader in all aspects of planning, organising, and distributing linen during the summer letting period. The postholder will report directly to the Team Leader, who oversees linen operations across multiple buildings. The successful candidate will supervise a team of eight Linen Assistants, ensuring the effective distribution, collection, and counting of clean and used linen, as well as managing all aspects of team performance. You should possess excellent organisational skills and have previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality. A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellent service are essential. Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide range of colleagues and customers are required. Experience in workload allocation to team members is essential. Supervisory skills are desirable. This role require weekend working on a rota basis for the duration of your contract.
