Berkeley Scott is proud to partner with an independent destination gastro pub with rooms, opening soon in the Derby area. We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the full operation across food, beverage, and accommodation.
Working closely with the Directors, the successful candidate will contribute to the development and long-term success of the venue within the premium hospitality market. This is an opportunity for a hospitality professional looking to further develop their leadership career within a people-focused and growing group.

The role:
6. Overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the venue
7. Full P&L accountability
8. Delivering consistently high standards of service and guest experience
9. Leading, developing, and supporting teams across all departments
10. Managing a fast-paced hospitality operation
About you:
11. Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
12. Demonstrated experience in people management and team development
13. Previous experience in a similar restaurant, gastro pub, or boutique hospitality environment as a General Manager
14. Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership approach
