Finance Assistant / Bookkeeper (Part-Time Remote/Hybrid, UK-Based)
£30,000 - £32,000 pro-rata | Hybrid or Remote | Part-time (3 days per week)
A growing financial consultancy supporting creative, marketing and PR agencies across the UK is looking for a proactive Finance Assistant / Bookkeeper to join their team on a part-time basis. The role is predominantly remote, but you must be UK-based and able to travel to Bristol once a month for in-person team meetings.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll work closely with a key agency client to support day-to-day finance operations. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Bookkeeping using Xero
* Supporting month-end reconciliations
* Managing Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
* Raising invoices and conducting credit control
* Working with internal systems including PROAD (training provided)
* Attending virtual client and internal meetings via Teams/Zoom
* Maintaining clear, friendly communication with the client
Working Pattern
* Preferred days: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday or Friday
* Start date: ASAP, though were happy to wait for the right person
What Were Looking For
* 2-3 years experience in bookkeeping or finance support
* AAT qualified or currently studying
* Confident with Xero; familiarity with digital tools is a plus
* Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid setting
* Highly organised, friendly, and able to build good client relationships
* Prior experience working in a client-facing role is beneficial
