About The Role
We are Balfour Beatty, one of the UK’s largest construction companies building iconic buildings and structures that will last for generations to come.
What you’ll be doing
As a Graduate Site Engineer you will help plan and build vital infrastructure such as roads, buildings, substations and other structures. You will work on-site, supporting the delivery of Civils or Power Transmission projects, and gain hands‑on experience in design, installation, and maintenance while ensuring all works meet technical standards and safety requirements.
Who we’re looking for

To qualify you must hold a minimum 2:2 Honours degree before starting, a full UK driver’s licence, and be willing to travel to various locations. Flexibility is essential as assignments may vary based on project needs; reasonable travel and accommodation expenses will be reimbursed. Offers are subject to pre‑employment and security checks, including a DBS check.
