You’ll contribute to due diligence exercises, draft and review transaction documents, prepare reports and assist with deal management through to completion. You’ll also be involved in client communications, legal research and supporting ongoing corporate advisory work. You’ll work closely with experienced solicitors and partners while building confidence to take on increasing responsibility over time.
