About the Role: As a Behavioural Support Assistant, you will work closely with children who have SEND, including autism, ADHD, and other emotional and behavioural challenges. You will be instrumental in promoting positive behaviour, implementing individualised support plans, and working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals. Your role will involve supporting students both in and outside of the classroom, helping them develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide one-on-one or small group support to children with SEND, particularly those requiring behavioural support. 2. Implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and address challenging behaviours. 3. Work alongside teachers and other staff to develop and implement individualised learning plans.
