Location Goole, DN14 8GA Hours Monday Friday, 8:00am 17:00pm Salary - £26,500 pa 22 Holiday Days, plus Bank Holidays Employee discounts via Perkbox Cycle to work scheme Access to a virtual GP Access to a health & wellbeing app Were currently looking to recruit a Facilities Administrator to provide administrative support to the client, regional facilities managers and wider contract team and be the first point of contact for any requests.In this role, you will manage the office functions, including raising job request, raising purchase orders, updating internal and client systems and maintain a property audit tracker. You will also be required to assist with ensuring deadlines are met for submission of documentation relating to compliance, QHSE, KPI and reporting, ensuringcompliance on the contract by administration of the compliance system. In addition, you will liaise withtheappropriate suppliers and contractors to obtain service records and paperwork, whilst monitoring a PPM schedule booking in services as and when required to meet SLA and H & S compliance.
